COURT CLOSURE

Notification of court closure due to weather will be on the answering machine 227-0271 no later than 7:30 a.m.

RESERVATION PROCEDURES

Courts available for reserved play are reserved for 1 1/2 hour sessions.

• Weekday reservations can be made one day in advance. Weekend reservations can be made on Monday for Saturday and Tuesday for Sunday
  • By phone after 7:15 a.m.
  • In person after 9:30 a.m.

CANCELLATIONS

Persons with an advanced reservation must cancel their court time two hours prior to their reserved time.  Failure to cancel on two occasions will result in loss of reservation privileges for the remainder of the season.

Group Reservations

Limited court space is available Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for private parties, outings, or fundraising events.  Specific information on availability and reservations may be obtained at the courts.  Contact Longshore Tennis Office at 227-0271.

Junior Play, Ages  8 -17

Junior Play is welcome during the following hours:

•  Weekdays -11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
•  Weekends -12:30 p.m. to closing

Juniors aged 8 and 9 must play with an adult handpass holder.  Court reservation must be made by the adult handpass holder.

Open Doubles Sessions

For Open Doubles sessions. players will be assigned court space for doubles play as individuals, first come first served, based on their time registration. Open Doubles is a great opportunity to make new tennis friends.

Sessions Begin:
8 a.m. (registration opens at 7:30 a.m.)
9:30 a.m. (registration opens at 9 a.m.)

• No Juniors may play during these sessions.
• Guests may be accommodated only if space is available following resident sign-in.
