Are all exits and access thereto free and clear of obstructions?
Are extension cords being used in lieu of permanent hard wiring?
Has the fire alarms system been serviced within the last year?
Has the sprinkler system been serviced within the last year?
Have fire extinguishers been serviced within the last year?
Are all exit signs illuminated?
Are emergency lights in working condition (push button - should light up)?
Are any flammable liquids properly stored?
Are fire doors kept closed? (not wedged open)
Are power cords for equipment in good condition?
