P&Z approves amendment for temporary free-standing commercial signs
The P&Z Commission has approved Amendment No.644 which allows all merchants in commercial zones to have temporary free-standing portable signs. The regulation takes effect March 9.

P&Z to hear Text Amendment about Parking Standards
The proposed amendment would eliminate three separate categories of Place of Worship, Theaters, and Auditoriums/Stadiums — which all have different requirements — in favor of a single standard that includes all of the above, plus other Places of Assembly.
