The Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority has scheduled two residential electronics collection days in September and October 2008. All home electronics, including computers, monitors, cell phones, TVs, VCRs, copiers, fax machines, printers, radios, and stereos can be brought to the collection sites. (Electronics from businesses and institutions are not acceptable. )  Proof of Westport residency will be required.

• Saturday, September 13 in Norwalk; 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Norwalk Highway Garage on South Smith Street.
• Saturday, October 1;  9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Trumbull Commuter Parking Lot at Route 111 and 25 (click link for a locator map)
