LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on May 27, 2025, the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action:

  1. GRANTED: 217 Compo Rd S: #ZBA-25-00027 by owners and applicants John Cioffi and Hannan Stryker Feder, for a modification/clarification to Variance Resolution 7478 to allow the alteration and conversion of the detached garage into an Accessory Dwelling Unit, located in Residence AA District, PID# C05107000.
  2. GRANTED IN PART/DENIED IN PART: 8 Appletree Trail: #ZBA-25-00085 by Teresa & Eric Dusch, on behalf of property owner Bluebear Holdings LLC, for a variance of Zoning Regulations 13-4 (Setbacks for Residence A District), 13-5 (Height and Stories for Residence A District), and 13-6 (Building and Total Coverage for Residence A District) to raise the existing house to meet FEMA compliance, construct a series of additions, and to modify the driveway, located in Residence A District, PID# D03051000.
  3. GRANTED: 6 Sunrise Rd: #ZBA-25-00245 by Cindy Tyminski, Moon Gardens LLC, on behalf of property owner Scott R Barr and Elizabeth C Bell Barr, for a variance of Zoning Regulations 6-2.1.7 (Expansion of a non-conforming structure in the Setbacks), 6-3.1 (Non-conforming Setbacks), and 13-4 (Residence A District Setbacks) to construct a one-story addition, located in Residence A District, PID #B06073000.
  4. GRANTED: 3 Clinton Ave: ZBA-25-00241 by Cindy Tyminski, Moon Gardens, LLC, on behalf of property owner Jeffery & Joanna Dirubio, for a variance of Zoning Regulations 6-2.1.6 (Non-conforming New Construction) and 13-6 (Building and Total Coverage) to construct an Accessory Dwelling Unit, an inground swimming pool, and to reconstruct the driveway, located in Residence A District, PID #D12047000.
