Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on June 10, 2025, the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action:

  1. GRANTED: 70 North Avenue: #ZBA-25-00334 by John Broadbin, on behalf of property owner Town of Westport, for variance of Zoning Regulation: 6-2.1.6 (Non-conforming new construction) and §11-6 (Coverage) for Wakeman Town Farm to reconstruct and expand the barn, located in Residence AAA district, PID #F12077000.
  2. GRANTED: 59 Coleytown Road: #ZBA-25-00249 by Marian Szobonya, on behalf of property owners Raphael P. Elkind and Melissa S. Newman, for variance of Zoning Regulations 6-2.1.7 (Expansion of a non-conforming building) and 11-4 (Setbacks) to convert the pool house’s flat roof to a pitched roof, located in Residence AAA District, PID# E17002000.
  3. GRANTED 25 Evergreen Avenue: #ZBA-25-00214 by Peter Romano, LANDTECH, on behalf of property owners Scott and Anree Harrington, for variance of Zoning Regulations 6-2.1 (Expansion of a non-conforming building) and 13-6 (Building and Total Coverage) for additions to the single-family residence, an extension of the garage to accommodate an accessory apartment, and the expansion of the driveway, located in Residence A District, PID# D10018000.
  4. GRANTED: 52 Compo Mill Cove: ZBA-24-00745 by Andy Soumelidis, LANDTECH, on behalf of property owner 52 Compo Mill Cove LLC, for variance of Zoning Regulations §6-2.1 (Expansion of a non-conforming building), §11-2.4.12Ag (Parking for accessory apartment), and §13-6 (Building Coverage for Residence A District) to construct a FEMA compliant addition with an accessory apartment, deck, and shed, located in Residence A District, PID# E0409000.
