1. GRANTED with CONDITIONS: 25 Soundview Dr: #ZBA-25-00396 by Cindy Tyminski, Moon Gardens LLC, on behalf of property owner 10 Hearths LLC, for a variance of Zoning Regulations §6-2.1.7 (Non-conforming Setback Expansion), §13-4 (Setbacks), §13-5 (Height), and §13-6 (Building Coverage) to raise, relocate, and reconstruct the existing single-family dwelling to meet FEMA compliance with the condition that the driveways be permeable, located in Residence A District, PID# D03119000.
2. 3. GRANTED: 22 Vista Terrace: #ZBA-25-00341 by owner and applicants Daniel Kiely & Gretchen Johanns, for a variance of Zoning Regulations §12-6 (Total Coverage), §12-4 (Setbacks), and §6-3.1 (Non-conforming Lot Setbacks) to construct a one story addition and to permit an existing trellis and generator, located in Residence AA District, PID# C04004000.
4. GRANTED: 15 Woodside Ln: #ZBA-25-00400 by Nick Vitiello, in2blue design, on behalf of property owner Sandy & Amanda Krohn, for a variance of Zoning Regulation §12-4 (Setbacks for Residence AA District) to retain the rear deck and construct an in-ground swimming pool and patio with associated mechanicals, located in Residence AA District, PID#A10028000.
