1. 3. GRANTED with CONDITIONS: 17 Wakeman Pl: #ZBA-25-00500 by Cindy Tyminski, Moon Gardens LCC, on behalf of property owners Gregory Naughton & Kelli Ohara, for a variance of Zoning Regulations §6-2.1.6 (Non-conforming New Construction), §13-4 (Setbacks), and §13-6 (Building & Total Coverage) to reconstruct an existing single-family residence and to find consistency withCoastal Area Management Act, located in Residence A District, PID# C06075000.
