2. Granted: 21 Compo Beach Rd: #ZBA-25-00557 by Cindy Tyminski, Moon Gardens LLC, on behalf of property owners Gary Newman & Gara Morse for a variance of Zoning Regulation §13-6 (Building and Total Coverage) to construct an inground swimming pool and a driveway modification, located in Residence A District, PID# D03008000.
3. Granted: 18 Imperial Ave: #ZBA-25-00470 by Emily Driesman, on behalf of property owner Imperial Westport, LLC, for a variance of Zoning Regulation §33.7.1 (Sign Area) to install wall signs, located in the Restricted Professional Office District, PID# D09011000.
4. Granted: 42 Owenoke Pk: #ZBA-25-00548 by Cindy Tyminski, Moon Gardens LLC, on behalf of property owner MSR-420K LLC for a variance of Zoning Regulations §6-2.1.6 (Non-conforming New Construction) and §13-6 (Building and Total Coverage) to construct a new FEMA compliant Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) and Approved with Conditions of the Coastal Site Plan including a finding of consistency with Coastal Area Management Regulations, located in Residence A District, PID# C03014000.
