Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on January 27, 2026, the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action:

  1. Granted In Part/Denied In Part: 29 Compo Beach Road: #ZBA-25-00613 by Curt Lowenstein, LANDTECH, on behalf of property owners Joshua & Fume Lewis for a variance of Zoning Regulations §13-5 (Number of Stories for Residence A District), §13-6 (Building and Total Coverage for Residence A District), and §6-2.1.3 (Enclosure of Non-conforming Building Coverage) to construct additions (Denied), enclose an existing attic balcony (Denied), and to retain the existing parking spaces (Granted), deck (Granted), and outdoor kitchen (Granted), located in Residence A District, PID #D03011000.

  3.   4. Granted: 6 Fillow Street: #ZBA-25-00686 by property owners Monica Maria Alvarex Oliva & Pedro Gustavo Martins Da Fonseca for a variance of Zoning Regulation §13-4 (Setbacks for Residence A District) to retain the existing patio, located in Residence A District, PID #D13012000.
