LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION 

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on May 12, 2025, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:  
                                               
1. GRANTED: 14 (aka 10) Woodside Ln: Special Permit/Site Plan Appl. #PZ-25-00041 submitted by Anthony McDowell, Executive Director of Earthplace, for Earthplace The Nature Discovery Center Inc., for replacement of two existing Birds of Prey structures with new buildings and construction of a new Falconry barn, located in the Residence AA district, PID #B10028000.

2. GRANTED: 212 Bayberry Ln: Special Permit/Site Plan Appl. #PZ-25-00199 submitted by Curt Lowenstein, for property owners Allen Levy Beers LLC and Allen Levy Rose Garden LLC, for Excavation and Fill related to construction of a detached Accessory Dwelling Unit, a detached garage, driveway expansion and drainage/septic improvements, located in the located in the Residence AAA district, PID #F16039000.

3. APPROVED: 7 Compo Beach Road: Coastal Site Plan Appl. PZ-25-00136 submitted by Lucien Vita on behalf of property owners Jacob and Danielle Yormak, to construct a 2nd story addition located in the Residence A district, PID #D04117000.
