LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on September 8, 2025, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
- APPROVED: 9 Brookside Drive: Re-Subdivision Appl. #PZ-25-00295 submitted by Bryan Nesteriak of B&B Engineering, for property owners Daniel and Dayna Haggerty for the Re-Subdivision of a 2.74 acre parcel into two (2) lots, located in the Residence AA district, PID #D11176000.

NOTICE OF DECISION
