LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on October 20, 2025, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1. GRANTED: 46 Partrick Road: Special Permit/Site Plan Appl. #PZ-25-00407 submitted by Jeff Verno, for property owners Jason and Ewa Abrams, for authorization of non-exempt Excavation and Fill already completed to achieve a level lawn area, located in the Residence AAA district, PID #B12001000.
