Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on November 24, 2025, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action: 

1. APPROVED: 1 Sturges Hwy: Re-Subdivision Appl. #PZ-25-00503 submitted by Jim Kousidis of Kousidis Engineering LLC, for property owner Susa Akers to Re-Subdivide the lot into three (3) conforming lots with Open Space to be provided, located in the Residence AA district, PID #H11053000.
2. APPROVED: 50 Sylvan Road North: Re-Subdivision Appl. #PZ-25-00556 submitted by Andy Soumelidis of Landtech, for property owners Jeffery and Mary Ment to Re-subdivide the lot into two (2) single family residential lots, located in the Residence AA district, PID #B09009000.
3. APPROVED: 107 Old Road: Open Space Re-Subdivision Appl. #PZ-25-00481 submitted by Andy Soumelidis of LANDTECH, for property owner George Tsionis to create four (4) single-family residential lots and an open space parcel with reduced Lot Area and Lot Shape standards to be served by a new private roadway, located in the Residence AA district, PID #H10071000.
4. GRANTED: 6 Mayfair Ln: Special Permit/Site Plan Appl. #PZ-25-00614 submitted by Dean E. Martin, P.E., Grumman Engineering, LLC for property owners Arturo Poire and Maria Solodad Matteozzi, for authorization of non-exempt grading associated with construction of a patio and retaining walls, located in the Residence AA District, PID #D05104000.
