Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectwomen, Traffic Authority, and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 9:00 AM in the Westport Town Hall Auditorium, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, Connecticut. The meeting will be livestreamed on www.westportct.gov and/or broadcast on Westport’s Optimum Government Access Channel 79, subject to availability. Comments from the public regarding agenda items may be sent for distribution to the Board prior to the meeting to selectwoman@westportct.gov. Agenda to include but not be limited to the following items and is subject to revision:

1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectwomen’s and Water Pollution Control Authority’s public meetings of January 22, 2025.

    

    

2. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Tax Collector and in accordance with C.G.S. Sec. 12-129, to approve the refunds of overpayments of taxes, as presented.

    

3. To take such action as the meeting may determine, in accordance with Town Charter Chapter C4-6, upon the recommendation of the Parks & Recreation Commission (PRC), to approve the proposed 2025 Parks & Recreation Golf Course fee schedule as follows:

4. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Public Works Director, to approve the award of contract for RFP #25-131T (Design, Permitting and Construction Administration for Rehabilitation of the Compo Marina Seawall) to RACE Coastal Engineering, Inc. in the amount of $66,850.00.

    

5. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Finance Director, to approve the Agreement between the Town of Westport and The Unemployment Tax Management Corporation (UTMC) as it relates to services for designated tax rating accounts.

    

6. Acting as the Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA), to approve the supplemental sanitary sewer connection at #3 Buttonwood Lane, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Collection System Supervisor's letter of February 3, 2025.

    

7. Acting as the Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA), to approve the supplemental sanitary sewer connection at #36 East Main Street, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Collection System Supervisor's letter of February 4, 2025.

8. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve an Agreement between the Town of Westport and The Northrop Family Trust for temporary use of the Town Property known as Sherwood Mill Pond Preserve at 191 Hillspoint Road during rehabilitation of the Old Mill Tide Gates and for permission to stabilize masonry structures on property known as Parcels E04071000 and E04096000.

    

9. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve an Agreement between the Town of Westport and the Compo Cove Park Association, Inc. for permission to stabilize masonry structures on property of the Compo Cove Park Association, Inc. located east of the eastern Old Mill Tide Gate.
