Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectwomen, Traffic Authority, and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 9:00 AM in the Westport Town Hall Auditorium, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, Connecticut. The meeting will be livestreamed on www.westportct.gov and/or broadcast on Westport’s Optimum Government Access Channel 79, subject to availability. Comments from the public regarding agenda items may be sent for distribution to the Board prior to the meeting to selectwoman@westportct.gov. Agenda to include but not be limited to the following items and is subject to revision:

1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectwomen’s public meeting of May 28, 2025.

    

    

2. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Information Technology Director, to approve the Agreement between the Town of Westport and Total Communications, Inc. for the CISCO VOIP Phone System Maintenance Service Support (Bid 25-139T).

    

3. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Information Technology Director, to approve the Agreement between the Town of Westport and BeyondTrust for Software Licenses and Subscription services to grant vendors and town employees permission to remote access the town’s network.

    

4. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a three-year agreement between the Town of Westport and Brightly Software Inc. for development and implementation of cloud-based asset management software suite, for management of Public Infrastructure, contingent upon Town Attorney approval. 

    

5. ACTING IN ITS CAPACITY AS THE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL AUTHORITY (WPCA) RE: 601, 606, and 609 Riverside Ave, 91 and 96 Franklin St, 2 and 16 Railroad Place (The Hamlet at Saugatuck): Request for recommendations for proposed supplemental sewer connection submitted to the Board of Selectwomen acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority by Eric D. Bernheim, Esq. FLB Law, for property owned by Robert Sloat, Hanes Realty Corp, TGN Properties LLC, Railroad Place of Westport LLC,  located in the General Business District/Saugatuck Marina (GBD/SM), PID # C06002000, B05101000, C05001000, B05097000, B05096000, C05003000, B05100000. 

    

6. ACTING IN ITS CAPACITY AS THE LOCAL TRAFFIC AUTHORITY (LTA)RE: 601, 606, and 609 Riverside Ave, 91 and 96 Franklin St, 2 and 16 Railroad Place (The Hamlet at Saugatuck): Request for recommendations for proposed traffic modifications submitted to the Board of Selectwomen acting in its capacity as the Local Traffic Authority by Eric D. Bernheim, Esq. FLB Law, for property owned by Robert Sloat, Hanes Realty Corp, TGN Properties LLC, Railroad Place of Westport LLC,  located in the General Business District/Saugatuck Marina (GBD/SM), PID # C06002000, B05101000, C05001000, B05097000, B05096000, C05003000, B05100000.
