Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectwomen, Traffic Authority, and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at 9:00 AM in the Westport Town Hall Auditorium, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, Connecticut. The meeting will be livestreamed on www.westportct.gov and/or broadcast on Westport’s Optimum Government Access Channel 79, subject to availability. Comments from the public regarding agenda items may be sent for distribution to the Board prior to the meeting to selectwoman@westportct.gov. Agenda to include but not be limited to the following items and is subject to revision:
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectwomen’s public meeting of June 11, 2025.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Tax Collector and in accordance with C.G.S. Sec. 12-129, to approve the refunds of overpayments of taxes, as presented.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine, in accordance with the Policy for Naming Town Property, and upon the recommendation of the Parks & Recreation Commission, to approve the installation of a plaque and to name the Pickleball Courts located at Compo Beach the “Lowrie Courts” in recognition of the contributions of Tom Lowrie.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Historic District Commission, to approve the Resolution to empower First Selectwoman Jennifer S. Tooker to execute and deliver in the name of and on behalf of the Town of Westport a certain contract with the State of Connecticut, Department of Economic and Community Development, and to affix the corporate seal, if any, as it relates to a Supplemental Certified Local Government Grant for the hiring of an historic preservation consultant to update and reevaluate current listings on the Historic Resources Inventory.
- Acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA), to approve the supplemental sanitary sewer connection at #244 Saugatuck Avenue, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Collection System Supervisor's letter of June 4, 2025.
- Acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA), to approve the supplemental sanitary sewer connection at #5 Duck Pond Road, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Collection System Supervisor's letter of June 6, 2025.

- To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the IT Director, to approve the Services Agreement between the Town of Westport and PowerDMS by NeoGov for an onboard services subscription.
