Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectwomen, Traffic Authority, and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 9:00 AM in the Westport Town Hall Auditorium, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, Connecticut. The meeting will be livestreamed on www.westportct.gov and/or broadcast on Westport’s Optimum Government Access Channel 1310, subject to availability. Comments from the public regarding agenda items may be sent for distribution to the Board prior to the meeting to selectwoman@westportct.gov. Agenda to include but not be limited to the following items and is subject to revision(s):
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectwomen’s and the Water Pollution Control Authority’s public meetings of August 27, 2025.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Tax Collector and in accordance with C.G.S. Sec. 12-129, to approve the refunds of overpayments of taxes, as presented.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Director of Human Services, to approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the Town of Westport, the Connecticut Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) Year 2024-2025 and Alliance for Community Empowerment, Inc., allowing Westport Human Services to serve as an intake site to assist Westport residents in completing the DSS/CEAP applications for energy assistance.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Director of Human Services, the Arts Advisory Committee and Westport Public Arts Committee (WestPAC), to approve a 5-year loan agreement for Carole Eisner’s “Queen of Hearts” sculpture to be installed at the Westport Center for Senior Activities.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Parks & Recreation Director, to approve the award of contract for Bid Number 26-145T (Tee Improvements at Longshore Golf Course) to Prestige Landscaping, Inc.

- To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Department of Human Services, to approve the acceptance of a FY2026 grant award from Southwestern Connecticut Agency on Aging for the Older American’s Act Title IIIE funding for the Caregiver Support Group program at WCSA.
