Notice & Agenda

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority, and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at 9:00 AM in Westport Town Hall Auditorium, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, Connecticut. The meeting will be livestreamed on www.westportct.gov and/or broadcast on Westport’s Optimum Government Access Channel 79, subject to availability. Comments from the public regarding agenda items may be sent for distribution to the Board prior to the meeting to selectman@westportct.gov. Agenda to include but not be limited to the following items and is subject to revision(s): 

1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectwomen’s public meeting of November 12, 2025. 

    

2. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Tax Collector and in accordance with C.G.S. Sec. 12-129, to approve the refunds of overpayments of taxes, as presented. 

    

3. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Long Lots School Building Committee (LLSBC), to approve the award of contract for RFP #26-155T (Stormwater General Permit Inspection Services – Long Lots Elementary School) to Tectonic Engineering Consultants, Geologists & Land Surveyors, Inc. of Glastonbury, CT for Plan Implementation Inspection, Routine Inspections and Post Construction Inspections/Closeout. 

    

4. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Human Services Director and in accordance with the Policy for Gifts to Town Sec 2. B., to approve the acceptance of a monetary gift in the amount of $11,000 for deposit to the Westport Food Fund. 

    

5. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the IT Director, to approve the Warranty Agreement between the Town of Westport and CrowdStrike, Inc. as it relates to cybersecurity protection services.

    

6. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the appointment of Rick Giunta to the Westport-Weston Foundation Distribution Committee for a 5-year term commencing January 1, 2026 through January 31, 2031.
