Notice is hereby given that the Architectural Review Board will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 7:30 PM for the following purpose:
1. To approve minutes from the April 22, 2025, meeting.
2. 276 Post Road West: To review and comment on the proposed ground signage at 276 Post Road West (Parcel ID# B08042000) submitted by John Massari, Accent Signs LLC, for property owned by GA Family 276 Westport LLC. which is located in Zone CPD. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
3. 512 Riverside Avenue: To review and comment on the proposed ground signage at 512 Riverside Avenue (Parcel ID# B06045000) submitted by Marty Rogers, Marty Signs, for property owned by Giannitti Salvatore & Teodore, which is located in Zone RORD2. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
4. 13 Hyde Lane: To review and comment on the proposed construction of a new Long Lots Elementary School/Stepping Stones Pre-School at 13 Hyde Lane (Parcel ID# G10058000) submitted by Jay Keenan, for property owned by Town of Westport, which is located in Zone AA_A. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
