Notice is hereby given that the Architectural Review Board will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 7:30 PM for the following purpose:
- To approve minutes from the May 27, 2025, meeting.
- 735 Post Road East To review and comment on the proposed exterior renovations at 735 Post Road East (Parcel ID# E09189000) submitted by Joe Feinleib, Coastal-Lux, for property owned by 735 Post Road East Assoc LLC which is located in Zone GBD/A. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
- To adjourn the meeting.
