Notice is hereby given that the Architectural Review Board will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 7:30 PM for the following purpose:

1. To approve minutes from the July 22, 2025, meeting.
2. 50 Post Road West -- ARB-25-00016 To review and comment on the proposed exterior renovations and addition at 50 Post Road West (Parcel ID# C09064000) submitted by Landtech, for property owned by Botero Property Management LLC which is located in Zone RORD-1. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
3. 521 Riverside Avenue -- ARB-25-00017 To review and comment on the proposed exterior renovations and addition at 521 Riverside Avenue (Parcel ID# B06039000) submitted by Jonathan Halper, for property owned by SRC Realty Group LLC which is located in Zone RORD-2. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
4. *292 Post Road East -- ARB-25-00018 To review and comment on the proposed awning and signage at 292 Post Road East (Parcel ID# D09127000) submitted by Virgil Williams, Custom Sign Solutions, for property owned by Greenberg Holdings LLC which is located in Zone BPD-A. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.Withdrawn by applicant 10/23/25
