Notice is hereby given that the Architectural Review Board will hold an electronic public meeting on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 7:30 PM for the following purpose:

1. To approve minutes from the October 28, 2025, meeting.
2. ARB-25-0019 -- 605 Post Road East To review and comment on the proposed exterior renovations, signage, and awning at 605 Post Road East (Parcel ID# E09068000) submitted by Brandon Kubik, Lalire March Architects LLP, for property owned by One Westport Village Center LLC which is located in Zone RBD_A. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
3. ARB-25-00020 -- 1791 Post Road East To review and comment on the proposed free-standing sign at 1791 Post Road East (Parcel ID# I09089000) submitted by Xavier Flores, FB Signcraft LLC, for property owned by 1791 Post Road East LLC which is located in Zone GBD. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
4. To adjourn the meeting.
