NOTICE OF DECISION 

The Westport Historic District Commission held an electronic public meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, for the following purposes:

1. APPROVED a Certificate of Appropriateness application HDC-25-00011 dated August 4, 2025, for proposed rooftop solar installation at 41 Kings Highway North (PID # B09072000) which is located in the Kings Highway North Local and National Historic Districts.

    

2. APPROVED a Certificate of Appropriateness application HDC-25-00012 dated August 20, 2025, for proposed roof repair and replacement at 24 Morningside Drive South (PID # G08096000) which is located in the Morningside Drive South Local Historic District.

    

3. DENIED a Certificate of Appropriateness application dated August 22, 2025, for proposed partial demolition to include the 1928 addition and 1978 detached garage at 296 Main Street (PID # C11170000) which is located in the Gorham Avenue Local Historic District.
