Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee of the Historic District Commission and the Architectural Review Board will hold an electronic public meeting on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 7:00 PM for the following purpose:
- To approve minutes from the May 6, 2025, meeting.
- To review and comment on the proposed signage at 180 Post Road East (Parcel ID# D09134000) submitted by John Massari, Accent Signs, for property owned by JPM Westport LLC. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
- To review and comment on the proposed signage at 61 Main Street (Parcel ID# C10075000) submitted by Stephanie Carroll, Elite Retail, for property owned by 61 Main Street LLC. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
- To review and comment on the proposed signage at 18 Imperial Avenue (Parcel ID# D09011000) submitted by Emily Driesman, Embrace Orthodontics, for property owned by Imperial Westport LLC. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
- To adjourn the meeting.
