Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee of the Historic District Commission and the Architectural Review Board will hold an electronic public meeting on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 7:00 PM for the following purpose:
- To approve minutes from the June 3, 2025, meeting.
- To review and comment on the proposed exterior renovations and signage at 115 Main Street (Parcel ID# C10078000) submitted by Chris Burke, for property owned by Campana 115 LLC. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
- To review and comment on the proposed signage at 72 Main Street (Parcel ID# C10148000) submitted by Jeremy Waycott, Arnco Signs, for property owned by ABC Kinship LLC. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
- To review and comment on the proposed exterior renovations and signage at 44 Church Lane (Parcel ID# C10155000) submitted by Frederick William Hoag Architect LLC, for property owned by BW Church East LLC. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
- To adjourn the meeting.
