Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee of the Historic District Commission and the Architectural Review Board will hold an electronic public meeting on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 7:00 PM for the following purpose:

  1. To approve minutes from the November 5, 2025, meeting.
  2. To approve minutes from the December 2, 2025, meeting.
  3. VDO-25-00016: To review and comment on the signage at 87 Post Road East (Parcel ID# C09141000) submitted by Kevin Kane, Hung Well Signs, for property owned by LJG 87 Post Rd Westport LLC. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
  4. VDO-25-00017: To review and comment on the proposed exterior renovations and signage at 40 Post Road East (AKA 21 Jesup Road) (Parcel ID# C09153000) submitted by Victoria Chiappetta, for property owned by Winwest Post LLC. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
  5. VDO-25-00018: To review and comment on the proposed awnings and signage at 35 Main Street (Parcel ID# C09137000) submitted by Haiping Chen, for property owned by Winwest 3351 LLC. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
  6. HRS-25-00002: To review and comment on the proposed Historic Residential Structures Special Permit under §32-18 of the Westport Zoning Regulations, application dated December 23, 2025, for the house at 8 Otter Trail (PID# C07077000) submitted by Rick Benson, for property owned by R B Benson & Company Inc. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
  7. To adjourn the meeting.
