LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION 

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Flood & Erosion Control Board took the following actions at an electronic meeting held on September 3, 2025:

 

  I. PUBLIC HEARING

  1. 26 Beachside Avenue / WPL-12162-25; APPROVED. Application of Robert Marx on behalf of the owner, Fiona Garland, to construct a new single-family residence, pool, and patio.The proposed activity is within the WPL area of Greens Farms Brook.

     

  2. 30 Beachside Avenue / WPL-12163-25; APPROVED. Application of Robert Marx on behalf of the owner, 30 Beachside Avenue Owner LLC, to construct a new single-family residence and pool.The proposed activity is within the WPL area of Greens Farms Brook.

     

  3. 41 Jennie Lane / WPL-12187-25; CONTINUED. Application of Tracy Chalifoux on behalf of the owners, Lisa Mileto and Todd Morrison, for an after the fact permit for fill within regulated areas, proposed plantings, removal of invasive species, and patio within wetland setbacks.The activity is within the WPL area of an unnamed tributary to the Sherwood Mill Pond.

     

  4. Edgemarth Hill Roadway / WPL-12191-25; CONTINUED. Application of LANDTECH on behalf of the owner, The Edgemarth Hill Road Association Inc., to repave and grade an existing private road with associated stormwater improvements.The proposed activity is partially within the WPL area of an unnamed tributary to Pussy Willow Brook.

     

  5. 62 Old Road / WPL-12192-25; APPROVED.Application of Franco Iannone on behalf of the owner, Stefano Martini, to construct a new in-ground swimming pool, patio, subsurface stormwater drainage, retaining walls, and sunroom.The proposed activity is partially within the WPL area of an unnamed tributary to New Creek.

     

  6. 7 Compo Beach Road / WPL-12193-25; APPROVED. Application of Bryan Nesteriak on behalf of the owner, Danielle Yormak, to construct a hot tub and patio surround.The proposed activity is within the WPL area of Gray’s Creek.
