LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that the Westport Flood & Erosion Control Board took the following actions at an electronic meeting held on October 8, 2025:
I. PUBLIC HEARING
- 41 Jennie Lane / WPL-12187-25; APPROVED. Application of Tracy Chalifoux on behalf of the owners, Lisa Mileto and Todd Morrison, for an after the fact permit for fill within regulated areas, proposed plantings, removal of invasive species, and patio within wetland setbacks. The activity is within the WPL area of an unnamed tributary to the Sherwood Mill Pond.
- 4 Lantern Hill Road / WPL-12190-25; APPROVED. Application of Kousidis Engineering, LLC, on behalf of the owner, 4 Lantern Hill Holdings A Delaware LLC, to construct a new single-family residence with attached garage, new accessory structure, new driveway, in-ground swimming pool and attached patio, with associated site improvements. The proposed activity is partially within the WPL area of an unnamed tributary to Dead Man’s Brook.
- 26 Morningside Drive South / WPL-12219-25; APPROVED. Application of Lucio Gabriel on behalf of the owner, 26 Morningside Builders LLC, to add retaining walls, regrade the yard to be more flat, install a fence, and add a patio around a pool. The proposed activity is partially within the WPL area of Muddy Brook.
- Edgemarth Hill Roadway / WPL-12191-25; APPROVED. Application of LANDTECH on behalf of the owner, The Edgemarth Hill Road Association Inc., to repave and grade an existing private road with associated stormwater improvements. The proposed activity is partially within the WPL area of an unnamed tributary to Pussy Willow Brook.
