The joint meeting of the Pension Investment Committee and 401(k) and the Defined Contribution Plan Investment Committee will meet on Monday May 5, 2025 at 11:30 A.M. in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall.

• Pension & OPEB Plans
o Capital Markets Update
o Portfolio & Performance Reviews through March 2025
o Private Equity Discussion
o Geneva Update
• To Approve the Minutes of the January 6, 2025 and February 3, 2025 Pension Investment Committee Meeting and the April 10, 2025 Pension Investment Committee Special Meeting.
