NOTICE AND AGENDA

December 9, 2025

Notice is hereby given that the Affordable Housing Committee will hold a meeting on Tuesday, December 9th, at 3:00 PM in Westport Town Hall Room 309 for the following purposes:

1. To approve the minutes of the October 14, 2025, meeting.
2. To review the Affordable Housing Dashboard.
3. Meet with David Bachman of Cornerstone Bridge Development on potential affordable housing ideas.
4. To review and discuss the Westport website for Affordable Housing with a specific focus on the FAQ’s and a template for proposals coming to the committee for money.
5. To review and discuss a plan to create a “community conversation” on affordable housing in Westport.
