Notice is hereby given that the Long Lots School Building Committee (LLSBC) will hold a meeting on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 5:00 PM in Town Hall Room 201/201A for the following purpose(s):

1. Brief Project Update and Public Comment.

    

2. Authorize submission to the Office of School Construction for review of the next phase of the project.

    

3. Work Session to review interior finishes.

    

4. It is anticipated that the LLSBC will go into Executive Session to review/discuss RFP/RFQ submissions for Special Inspections & Materials Testing Consultants.
