LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION

WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION

MAY 21, 2025 

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decisions at its

May 21, 2025 Public Hearing in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION WAS APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS: 

  1. 27 Bauer Place Extension:Application #IWW,WPL/E- 12118-25by Cindy Tyminski on behalf of Patricia Wetmore Guarahian for a proposed new single family residence with attached garage, driveway, pool, drainage and associated site improvements. Portions of the work are withing the upland review area setbacks.
  2. 14 Beltas Farms Road:Application #IWW,WPL/E-12120-25 by Sam Lampert, Arctic Builders on behalf of HER Home LLC for the construction of a new single family residence, new driveway, septic system, pool, and associated site improvements. Portions of the work are within the upland review area setbacks.
  3. 5 Duck Pond Road:Application #WPL-12125-25 by Curt Lowenstein on behalf of Jonathan & Emily Vlock to construct a new accessory dwelling unit and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO area of the Saugatuck River.
