LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
SEPTEMBER 17, 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decisions at its
September 17, 2025 Public Hearing in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION WERE APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:
- 26 Beachside Avenue:Application #WPL-12162-25 by Robert Marx on behalf of Fiona Garland to construct a new single family residence, pool patio and associated site improvements. Work is withing the WPLO area of New Creek.
- 30 Beachside Avenue:Application #WPL-12163-25 by Robert Marx on behalf of 30 Beachside Avenue Owner LLC to construct a new single family residence, pool patio and associated site improvements. Work is withing the WPLO area of New Creek.
- 62 Old Road:Application #IWW,WPL-12192-25 by RI Pools Inc on behalf of Stefano Martini to construct a new inground swimming pool, patio, subsurface stormwater drainage, retaining walls and sunroom. Portions of the work are within the upland review area setbacks and the WPLO area of an unnamed tributary to New Creek.
- 7 Compo Beach Road: Application #WPL-12193-25 by Bryan Nesteriak on behalf of Danielle Yormark to construct a hot tub and patio surround. Work is within the WPLO area of Gray’s Creek.
- 60 Nyala Farm Road:Application #IWW,WPL/E-12210-25 by Joseph Lenahan of Fuss & O’Neill on behalf of 60 Nyala Farms Road LLC for a fire main replacement.
