WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING
NOVEMBER 19, 2025
Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing of the Westport Conservation Commission pursuant to the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act, and the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Inland Wetlands and Watercourses of the Town of Westport (IWW Regulations) and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance (WPLO) to be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Auditorium of Westport Town Hall.
This meeting will be live streamed on www.westportct.gov and shown on Optimum Government Access Channel 79, subject to availability. Meeting materials will be available at: www.westportct.gov/government/departments-a-z/conservation-department/conservation-commission/commission-meetings
The Commission shall meet to take such action under the purview of the Town’s IWW Regulations and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance as the meeting may determine with regard to the following:
Changes or Additions to the Agenda: The Commission may amend the agenda by a 2/3 vote to include items not requiring a Public Hearing.
Public Hearing:
- 1 Glendinning Place:Application #IWW,WPL/E-12229-25 by Redniss & Mead Inc. on behalf of David A Waldman & Glendinning Westport LLC to construct 15 housing units in 10 buildings with onsite septic systems and stormwater management systems. The existing office and surface parking will remain. Portions of the work are within the upland review area setbacks of the onsite wetlands. Applicants Presentation Time: 20 minutes.
To be Opened November 19, 2025 and Continued to December 17, 2025.

- 9 Lone Pine Lane:Application #WPL-12228-25 by Moon Gardens LLC on behalf of Kathleen Keenoy and Michael Yorkerwich for the demolition of the existing residence and to construct a new single family residence with attached garage, driveway, drainage and associated site work. Portions of the work are within the WPLO area of Deadman’s Brook.
- 117 Beachside Avenue:Application #
IWW,WPL-12230-25 by William Kenny Associates on behalf of Michelle Blank & Frederick Jackson to construct a new FEMA compliant single-family residence with garage and unfinished storage on lower level, entry portico, rear deck, driveway and other site improvements. Portions of the work are within the WPLO area of an unnamed tributary to Sasco Brook.
- 58 Turkey Hill Road SOUTH:Application #IWW,WPL-12231-25 by Glengate Company on behalf of Phillip & Jessica Polito for a proposed garage bay addition with upper deck, porch structure with upper deck, outdoor kitchen, prefab shed, masonry gas fireplace, outdoor shower, driveway and an engineered retaining wall. Portions of the work are within the upland review area setbacks.

- 1A Plunkett Place:Request for bond release being held for planting as required by Permit #IWW,WPL/E-11763-23.
- Other Business
The Commission may not open new business on the agenda after 10 p.m. at the discretion of the Chairman. This includes applications scheduled for public hearings. Items shall be continued or rescheduled to a later date, as necessary.
