LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION

WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION

DECEMBER 17, 2025 

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decisions at its

October 17, 2025 Public Hearing in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS WERE APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS: 

1. 41 Crescent Road:Application #IWW/M-12239-25 by LandTech on behalf of Aidan Hays & Maeve O’Connor to amend wetland boundary map #E09.

    

2. 37 Green Acre Lane:Application #IWW/M-12240-25 by LandTech on behalf of Lynda Komme Browne Tr to amend wetland boundary map #D07.
3. 3 Elwil Drive:Application #IWW/M-12243-25 by Redniss & Mead Inc on behalf of Frederick & Melissa Post to amend wetland boundary map #E11.
4. 22 Owenoke Park:Application #WPL-12242-25 by Kousidis Engineering LLC on behalf of Neil Q & Elise B Gabriele to demolish the existing pool house and to construct a new FEMA compliant accessory dwelling unit. The proposed work is within the WPLO area of Gray’s Creek.
5. 2 Windy Hill Road:Application #IWW,WPL/E-12241-25 for Summary Review of a project to install a swimming pool within the 100-foot upland review area of a vernal pool.

    

6. 171 Compo Road South:Application #IWW-12251-25 for Summary Review of a project to construct a new single family residence within the 100-foot upland review area of a vernal pool.
