Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Westport Shellfish Commission is scheduled for Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. in Room 309 of Westport Town Hall.

The Commission will take such action as the meeting may determine regarding the following:
1. New Business:
a. Discussion/update with Nikki Spiller of HarborWatch regarding the water quality testing in New Creek and the need for additional testing. This is a request for additional funding.
b. 79 Riverside Avenue: Review for a Pre-Submission Determination to DEEP for the construction of a pier, ramp and piling-anchored floating dock for private recreational small boat launching and landing.
2. Police Report
a. Request for renewed appropriation by the Shellfish Commission for replacement of new jet ski.
3. Approval of the October 8, 2025 minutes.
4. Treasurers Report
