Members of the Historic District Commission and First Selectwoman Jennifer Tooker will present the 2025 HDC Preservation Awards on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Auditorium to the following recipients:
- 48 & 50 Treadwell Avenue – Rehabilitation Preservation Award
- 78 Clinton Avenue – Excellence in Ongoing Care and Maintenance Preservation Award
- 208 Compo Road South – Rehabilitation Preservation Award
- 41 Richmondville Avenue – The Mill – Adaptive Reuse Preservation Award
- 2 Weston Road – Excellence in Ongoing Care and Maintenance Preservation Award
- 112 Easton Road – Boyer House – Preservation Award
