Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of April 28 and May 5, 2025 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 30 Sue Terrace: Application # WPL/E-12122-25 by Catherine Walsh on behalf of Michael & Lynn Shakin for a new single family residence, deck, shed, oil tank and associated site improvements.
2. 30 Marion Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-12131-25 by Jake Vanderkamp on behalf of Chris & Juliet Jackson for an addition and deck.
3. 3 Tanglewood Lane: Application #AA-12134-25 by Chris Montenaro on behalf of 3 Tanglewood Ln LLC for a new single family residence, driveway, garage, patio, porch, drainage and associated site improvements.
4. 143 Old Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-12136-25 by RI Pools Inc. on behalf of Mike & Missy Greenberg for a covered porch, patio expansion, grill and range.
5. 10 Blue Ribbon Drive: Application #AA,WPL/E-12137-25 by Andrew Salomon for a two-story garage addition.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
