LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
JULY 9 , 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decision at its
July 9, 2025 Special Meeting in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION WAS APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:
1. 107 Old Road: Application #IWW,WPL-12126-25 by Andy Soumelidis on behalf of George Tsionis for a 4-lot subdivision and to construct a new roadway. This a referral to the P&Z Commission. Portions of the proposed activity are within the wetland, the upland review area and the WPL area of an unnamed tributary to Sasco Brook.
