LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS 

 

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of August 4 and August 11, 2025 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

  1. 19 Bonnie Brook Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-12174-25 by Datin Bros. on behalf of Edward Calejasan for a new septic system.
  2. 10 Side Hill Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-12180-25 by Nick Vitello on behalf of Dana & Eric Crockett for a pool and mechanicals.
  3. 1 Glendinning Place:Application #AA,WPL/E-12182-25 by David Ginter PE on behalf of Glendinning Westport LLC to relocate the existing chiller equipment serving the office building.
  4. 3 Bowling Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-12184-25 by SIR Development for a new single family residence, driveway, patio, propane tank, and drainage.
  5. 22 Harbor Road:Application #WPL/E-12186-25 bu Vladmir Zeman for a generator and propane tank.
  6. 60 Nyala Farms Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-12189-25 by Bryan Thompson, WPCA General Manager on behalf of the Town of Westport to upgrade Pump Station #8, installation / replacement of anew generator, bypass, transformer, valve vault, control panel, and associate site work.

 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
