September 8, 2025
Notice is hereby given of a Special Meeting of the Westport Conservation Commission pursuant to the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourse Act, and the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses of the Town of Westport (IWW Regulations) to be held on Monday, September 8, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. on Zoom.

The Commission shall meet to take such action under the purview of the Town’s IWW Regulations as the meeting may determine with regard to the following:

- 3 Tupelo Rd. (Lot: 53Map: F16): In accordance with section 4.2.1 (a), (c), (d), (e), and (f), 7.1, and 7.3 (f) and (h) of the “Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses of the Town of Westport,” a Show Cause Hearing of the Westport Conservation Commission will be held for a Cease & Correct Order issued to the property owners for exceeding the scope of the permit including expanding one patio, building an accessory structure, and changing the grade, as well as construction two patios and two firepits within the wetland upland review area setbacks.
