A field trip of the Planning and Zoning Commission is scheduled on Monday, Oct. 6, 2025, at 1:00pm to 107 Old Road for purposes of obtaining orientation for the subdivision application, described below.
107 Old Road: Open Space Re-Subdivision Appl. #PZ-25-00481 submitted by Andy Soumelidis of LANDTECH, for property owner George Tsionis to create four (4) single-family residential lots and an open space parcel with reduced Lot Area and Lot Shape standards to be served by a new private roadway, located in the Residence AA district, PID #H10071000.
The public is invited to attend, but no public comment will be taken at this meeting.
