Notice is hereby given that the Architectural Review Board will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 7:30 PM for the following purpose:

1. To approve minutes from the December 16, 2025, meeting.
2. 455 Post Road East -- ARB-25-00021 To review and comment on the proposed 30-unit residential development, parking, patios, and associated landscaping at 455 Post Road East (Parcel ID# D09161000) submitted by Rick Redniss, Redniss and Mead, for property owned by 455 Post Road Holdings LLC which is located in Zone GBD. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
3. To adjourn the meeting.
