LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of October 20 and October 27, 2025 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 2 Timber Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-12223-25 by Katie Wagner on behalf of Ryan & Anna Bannister to install a roof overhang over an existing deck.
2. 8 Punch Bowl Drive:Application #AA,WPL/E-1225-25 by Emily Sigalow to install artificial turf over gravel and vegetation removal.
3. 31 Woody Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-12226-25 by Emma Rojas on behalf of Stephen Ippalito & Amanda Brody to replace deck, roof over deck, terrace, stairs and a retaining wall.
4. 8 Indian Point Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-12232-25 by Melissa & Peter Levy to construct an addition.
5. 4 Half Mile Common:Application #AA,WPL/E-12233-25 by Brianna Varone on behalf of Juliette & Michael Greca for a new septic system with fields at a higher grade.
6. 1 Riverview Road:Application #WPL/E-12235-25 by Newtown Pools on behalf of 1 Riverview LLC to construct a pool.
7. 793 Post Road East:Application #AA,WPL/E-12236-25 by David Ginter on behalf Par Westport LLC for a trash enclosure and 7 patios.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
