NOTICE AND AGENDA OF BOARD OF FINANCE SPECIAL MEETING

The Board of Finance will hold a Special Meeting on Friday, November 14, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. via ZOOM for the following purpose:

1. Executive Session:  It is anticipated that the Board of Finance will vote to go into an executive session pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. Sec. 1-200(6) to discuss the lease by the Town to Hooked On The Sound LLC regarding the food service operations at Compo Beach Pavilion, Longshore Pavilion and the Halfway House at Longshore Club Park.

      2. Public Agenda:  Discussion and potential vote to approve a Lease Termination Agreement between the Town and Hooked On The Sound LLC regarding the food service operations at Compo Beach Pavilion, Longshore Pavilion and the Halfway House at Longshore Club Park.
