NOTICE OF FIELD TRIP 
CONSERVATION COMMISSION 

The Westport Conservation Commission will conduct a site visit on Friday, December 12, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. for orientation purposes only to the following properties in preparation for reviewing the following agenda items at its December 17, 2025 Public Hearing:     
                        
1. 22 Owenoke Park:  Application #WPL-12242-25 by Kousidis Engineering LLC on behalf of Neil Q & Elise B Gabriele to demolish the existing pool house and to construct a new FEMA compliant accessory dwelling unit. The proposed work is within the WPLO area of Gray’s Creek. 

2. 171 Compo Road South:   

3. 2 Windy Hill Road:  Application #IWW,WPL/E-12241-25 for review of the review of a project to install a swimming pool within the 100-foot upland review area of a vernal pool. 

Members will meet at the sites in their own vehicles. The sites might be especially wet and or be prone to ticks so appropriate clothing and footwear is recommended.
