Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee of the Historic District Commission and the Architectural Review Board will hold an electronic public meeting on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 7:00 PM for the following purpose:

1. To approve minutes from the January 6, 2026, meeting.
2. VDO-26-00002: To review and comment on the proposed facade modifications and signage at 161 Main Street (AKA 159 Main Street) (Parcel ID# C10083000) submitted by Mark Maidique, Bridger AAD, for property owned by Honeydo Family LLC. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
3. To adjourn the meeting.
