Notice is hereby given that the Architectural Review Board will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 7:30 PM for the following purpose:

1. To approve minutes from the February 24, 2026, meeting.
2. ARB-26-00001 - 520 Post Road East To review and comment on the proposed façade modifications, installation of solar panels, and lighting at 520 Post Road East (Parcel ID# E09052000) submitted by Eric Bernheim, FLB Law, for property owned by 520 PRE LLC which is located in Zone GBD. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
3. Pre-Application -- 606 Riverside Ave To review and discuss potential plans at 606 Riverside Ave (Parcel ID# B05101000).
4. To adjourn the meeting.
