The Westport Historic District Commission will hold an electronic public meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, for the following purposes:

1. To approve the minutes of April 9, 2026, special meeting.
2. To approve the minutes of April 9, 2026, public meeting.
3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness application HDC-26-00001 dated April 24, 2025, for proposed cedar fencing at 7 Wild Rose Road (PID # C11157000) which is located in the Gorham Avenue Local Historic District.
4. To take such action as the meeting may determine to oppose the issuance of the demolition permit for 12 Morningside Lane and require the full 180-day delay.
5. To take such action as the meeting may determine to oppose the issuance of the demolition permit for 56 Partrick Road and require the full 180-day delay.
6. To take such action as the meeting may determine to oppose the issuance of the demolition permit for 21 Burr Farms Road and require the full 180-day delay.
7. To take such action as the meeting may determine to oppose the issuance of the demolition permit for 29 Guyer Road and require the full 180-day delay.
8. To take such action as the meeting may determine to oppose the issuance of the demolition permit for 48 Cavalry Road and require the full 180-day delay.
9. To take such action as the meeting may determine to rescind adoption of the motion to oppose the issuance of the demolition permit at 4 Woods Grove Road, which motion was adopted at the April 9, 2026, meeting.

    

10. *To review and comment upon the draft letter to the Town and its Departments concerning private funding of Treatment Actions to the West Parish Site
11. To hear the Chairman's update.
12. To adjourn the meeting.
